The Tarmo residential complex is located in a well-maintained and cosy quarter near the centre of St Petersburg.
The Tarmo complex consists of five 11‐storey buildings in the style of modern Finnish architecture. Houses and apartments contain unusual planning and design solutions typical for comfortable housing. It was in the Tarmo complex that such an innovative product as Transformers apartments was demonstrated on the St Petersburg market for the first time.
The complex houses a kindergarten and a spacious 7-storey parking lot. Tarmo has a closed protected area. In the cosy courtyard there are children's playgrounds with equipment for kids of different ages, bike parks and a sports ground.
