ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the launch of sales at the first phase of its new Schastye v Koltsovo residential complex, located in the Novosibirsk region.
The first phase of construction includes eight buildings varying in height from 7 to 16 storeys. Etalon Group has begun sales at the first building, which is expected to have an NSA of 24.5 ths sqm, including 19.5 ths sqm of residential real estate. The building includes storage rooms for seasonal items, as well as pram storage on the ground floor. The inner courtyard the first building will be equipped with playgrounds for children, areas with exercise machines, bicycle racks, areas designated for rest and relaxation, a sensory labyrinth, as well as an inclusive playground that will enable children with disabilities to play and develop together with their peers. The customised landscape design for the Schastye v Koltsovo project envisages the creation of green spaces where residents can exercise or do yoga.
The Schastye v Koltsovo project is expected to have a total NSA of 280 ths sqm and to be delivered in 4Q 2029.
The Schastye v Koltsovo project is being built in the Novosibirsk metropolitan area, in the Koltsovo district. The district boasts well-developed infrastructure and is one of the leading research and manufacturing hubs in the region. It offers excellent transport accessibility, with highways connecting it to Novosibirsk’s Pervomaiskiy district through Baryshevo to the north-west, and with Akademgorodok to the south.
