ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the House on Kosmonavtov project, located in the Moskovskiy administrative district of St Petersburg. The project has a total NSA of 26 ths sqm, including 19 ths sqm of residential area.
House on Kosmonavtov is a modern 25-storey comfort-class building with underground parking and a pre-school on the ground floor. The project is located in the upmarket Moskovskiy administrative district and the nearest metro station, Zvyozdnaya, is 800 metres away. The scenic Pulkovskiy Park is in the immediate vicinity of the complex. The residential complex offers convenient access to Moskovskoye Shosse, Moskovskiy Prospekt and Vitebskiy Prospekt. Pulkovo Airport is within a 15-minute drive by car.
With the completion of this project, Etalon Group has delivered 130 ths sqm of NSA since the beginning of 2020.
