ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the Botanica project, located in the Petrogradskiy administrative district of St Petersburg. The project has a total NSA of 47 ths sqm, including 28 ths sqm of residential area.
Botanica is a business-class complex comprised of two 8-9-storey buildings and two-level underground parking. It is the first Etalon Group project in St Petersburg to be certified under Green Zoom, the Russian professional real estate standard for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. The project makes use of the full range of modern technologies used in modern green construction, such as efficient ventilation systems, central air conditioning, additional water treatment and enhanced sound insulation. The complex is within walking distance from the Petrogradskaya metro station, has excellent transport links with the city centre, convenient access to the Aptekarskaya embankment and other major roadways in the city.
With the completion of this project, Etalon Group has delivered 177 ths sqm of NSA since the beginning of 2020.
