Etalon Group Delivers Second Phase of Normandy Residential Complex

ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the completion of the construction of the last phase of the Normandy residential complex in Moscow. This phase of the project has 35.6 ths sqm of NSA, including 26.8 ths sqm of residential space.

With the delivery of the second phase, Etalon Group has completed construction of the Normandy residential complex. The project includes five residential buildings of varying heights – the highest of which is 24 storeys – underground parking and commercial facilities. With a total NSA of 124 ths sqm, the Normandy residential complex is in high demand: at the time of delivery, 94% of the apartments in the complex have been sold.

The project is conveniently located in a green area in the north-east of Moscow, near Losiny Ostrov Park. A low building density, well-developed infrastructure and an abundance of parks make this area of the capital attractive for living and recreation. Several large recreational areas are within walking distance: Yauza River Park, Torfyanka Park and Dzhamgarovskiy Park with its cascade of ponds. The project is located within walking distance from the Medvedkovo and Babushkinskaya metro stations, and it also offers convenient access to the Moscow Ring Road and other key thoroughfares in the capital.

Including Normandy, Etalon Group has delivered a total of 220 ths sqm since the beginning of the year.
